Mr & Mrs Driver of Ipswich had a bathroom, an ensuite and a cloakroom fitted by KBB and were very happy with the service received.

"Frances at KBB was excellent, she visited us at home took measurements and chatted through what we wanted. When we visited in the showroom a week or so later she had the designs and ideas. I just sat back as my wife and Frances were just on the same wavelength and 90% of what she recommended we took on with only a few minor tweaks. The work has now been carried out by Neil and Mark to a high standard. We liked the fact they consulted with us when needed but just got on with the job without fuss and minimal mess. We are very pleased with the result and the fact the quote covered everything tiling, electrics, plumbing etc, rather than having to source lights or radiators separately."
